"Losing my dad last September really made me reflect on the importance of ensuring my family is protected in the event of a sudden death. Joyce was incredibly knowledgeable when it came to life insurance. My daughter had just turned 18 and wasn't covered, but Joyce quickly pointed me in the right direction and recommended some excellent policies. We ended up selecting those, along with two additional ones. She made the entire process so easy and enjoyable to work through. I will always refer her to my friends and family for her quick and seamless sign-up process. Thank you, Joyce, for going above and beyond to ensure we're taken care of in case of a loss. If I were the owner of this business, I would be proud to have someone like her on my team. I would give her a 10/5 star review... but State Farm only allows a 5/5!!!"
